Have the vehicle year, make, model, color, and a short description of the problem ready. If you do not know every detail, share what you do know.
Explain what you need
Tell 7DS whether you need towing, roadside assistance, a private-property towing discussion, or help with a vehicle that may already be stored. Ask which current option fits the situation.
